Problem: Harness adjuster spring can break or become dislocated. If spring fails, harness adjuster may not lock properly in crash.

Problem #1: (Affects model 9100 seats only).

Shield may break during use; OR

Problem #2: Manufactured pre-1987. Strap may be missing button to keep straps from retracting too far; OR

Problem #3: Seats manufactured 1/1/85-9/1/90. Button may be missing or work loose & present choking hazard; OR

Problem #4: Manufactured 5/1/87-10/31/89. Shield may be hard to latch due to cracked internal plastic.

Problem #5: Manufactured 1985-1/26/89. White foam pad located between seat pad & shell failed flammability tests.

Problem #6: Manufactured prior to 7/89. Metallic label glued to shield can become loose & creating choking hazard. If loose, peel off & discard.

Problem #7: Manufactured 2/5/90-3/24/90. Possible structural weakness in metal tongue.

Problem #8: Manufactured 2/8/91-1/24/92. Harness straps can come unfastened at back of seat.

For problems 1-8: Destroy!
