Seat has two forward-facing belt paths, when used with the lower seat belt path or when the shoulder & buckle pads are used there is too much forward head movement. Additionally, pads may interfere with the ability to adequately tighten the harness. Parents should immediately remove & discard the shoulder & buckle pads & use only the upper forward-facing belt path.
